SUBMISSION GUIDE
HOW TO SUBMIT
Follow the LGS submission process to safely prepare, package, and ship your collectibles for authentication, grading, encapsulation, and DGR reporting.
CREATE YOUR ORDER
Choose your service level, enter your cards, review your submission, and print your LGS packing slip.
PREPARE YOUR CARDS
Place each card in a penny sleeve and semi-rigid card saver. Keep cards in the same order as your submission form.
PACKAGE SECURELY
Protect your card stack with cardboard, team bags, bubble wrap, and a sturdy shipping box.
SHIP TO LGS
Ship with tracking and insurance. Include your printed packing slip inside the package.
PREPARE YOUR CARDS
Place each card in a clean penny sleeve.
Use semi-rigid holders for safer receiving and processing.
Cards should be arranged in the same order as your packing slip.
DO NOT SEND
Cards should not be sent loose or unprotected.
Avoid rigid display holders that slow intake and may risk damage.
Only include cards listed on your LGS submission order.
PACKAGING YOUR SUBMISSION
AFTER LGS RECEIVES YOUR ORDER
Once received, your submission moves through the LGS workflow. Your cards are reviewed, authenticated, imaged, graded, encapsulated, quality checked, and prepared for return shipping.
