HOW TO SUBMIT

Follow the LGS submission process to safely prepare, package, and ship your collectibles for authentication, grading, encapsulation, and DGR reporting.

STEP 01

CREATE YOUR ORDER

Choose your service level, enter your cards, review your submission, and print your LGS packing slip.

STEP 02

PREPARE YOUR CARDS

Place each card in a penny sleeve and semi-rigid card saver. Keep cards in the same order as your submission form.

STEP 03

PACKAGE SECURELY

Protect your card stack with cardboard, team bags, bubble wrap, and a sturdy shipping box.

STEP 04

SHIP TO LGS

Ship with tracking and insurance. Include your printed packing slip inside the package.

Use semi-rigid holders for safer receiving and processing.

✓ Match Submission Order

Cards should be arranged in the same order as your packing slip.

Avoid rigid display holders that slow intake and may risk damage.

AFTER LGS RECEIVES YOUR ORDER

Once received, your submission moves through the LGS workflow. Your cards are reviewed, authenticated, imaged, graded, encapsulated, quality checked, and prepared for return shipping.
